Dr. Paul Sene is Executive Chairman of NanoDoc International Pte Ltd, and a seasoned entrepreneur and corporate leader who has shown strong leadership and sharp business acumen since establishing his own business in 1991.

Dr. Sene's key strength lies in his extensive regional knowledge of social, political and economic conditions, which he has used to strategically position businesses and capitalize on opportunities — an ability reflected in his track record across multiple successful ventures and a talent for identifying good business and capable people.

He is also Director and founder of SIF Technologies Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based ecological and environmental engineering company operating across the Asia-Pacific region. In 2002, Dr. Sene developed a patented, chemical-free proprietary technology recognized by Singapore's Economic Development Board (EDB), and in October 2004 the company became one of the SEEDS enterprises to receive EDB funding, serving clients across agriculture, aquaculture, manufacturing and hospitality. Building on his patented water technology, he went on to establish a bottling plant and water purification plant in Asia.

Dr. Sene is also a shareholder and part-owner of a manufacturing and distribution business for heat pads, operational in Michigan, USA since 2004. In his latest venture, he joined with his partners to found NanoDoc International Pte Ltd in Singapore, bringing nanotechnology-based health and beauty supplements to the region.

Bryan Chew is the Chief Executive Officer of NanoDoc International Pte Ltd. He holds a degree in Finance as well as Nutrition — a combination that uniquely equips him to lead a nutraceutical and cosmeceutical enterprise with both institutional financial discipline and a genuine, science-grounded understanding of nutrition and wellness.

He brings over four decades of senior leadership experience across finance, investment, commodities, infrastructure and cross-border enterprises. His career spans executive and advisory roles in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, trust and fund structures, commodities, construction, marine, oil and gas, and healthcare, with leadership positions held across public-listed companies, multinational corporations and privately held enterprises.

As CEO of NanoDoc, Bryan provides strategic direction, governance oversight and mandate stewardship, ensuring the company operates with institutional discipline, integrity and a long-term value orientation — while his grounding in nutrition science informs how NanoDoc evaluates, positions and stands behind every product it brings to market.

Steven Chong serves as Chief Operating Officer of NanoDoc International Pte Ltd, overseeing operational execution, mandate coordination and platform development.

With more than three decades of experience across technology, operations, commodities, energy and healthcare sectors, Steven brings a structured, systems-driven approach to managing complex projects, combining operational leadership with a strong foundation in technology and digital infrastructure.

At NanoDoc, Steven focuses on execution discipline, cross-functional coordination and risk management, ensuring that mandates are delivered efficiently and in alignment with regulatory, commercial and governance standards.

Steven is also a hands-on practitioner of modern AI tooling, applying large language model platforms including Claude, ChatGPT and OpenClaw to accelerate operational and digital work. This website itself was designed and built using Claude Code — a direct reflection of his belief in putting practical AI capability to work in the business.
